Better Universal Human Rights for a Better World.
How to turn a World of Scarcity into a World of Plenty.
Almost All Rights Are About To Be Violated
Currently we live in a “World of Scarcity” where a tiny group of people own almost everything. This tiny group deceived almost all people while they stole about everything there is to steal. And through this deceit they now also hold almost any monopoly there is to be used and abused.
In the Universal Declaration of Human Rights we read:
“All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood.“
Now when a tiny group of people hold the monopoly on printing money out of thin air and uses that monopoly to get hold on many other monopolies so they can own everything and use that position to strip everyone else from their Universal Human Rights, there is clearly no situation of “equal rights“. The same applies to the monopoly on insight in transactions. Nobody agreed ever on providing certain people the right of printing money out of thin air or to be in the sole position to check everyone’s transactions when their own transactions are secret.
Now - after several hundreds of years - this tiny group of deceivers almost own everything. Because that position becomes increasingly more difficult to hide, an increasing group of people are starting to understand why we live in this “World of Scarcity”. The people that are in control, fear this as nothing else, and because of that, the people that own the financial system are now in the final stages of implementing a communistic/fascistic system to maintain their wealth and monopolies.
The Surveillance State
They want to do this by putting various systems in place to be able to monitor and manipulate everyone outside their group. This is called “The Surveillance State“ and uses “Central Bank Digital Currencies“, “Social Credit Systems“, “CO2 Credit Systems“, “15-Minutes Systems“, “Digital Passports“, “Facial Recognition Systems“, “Restricted Internet Access“ and sophisticated AI control systems powered by massive Data Centers to make sure nothing people do will go unnoticed and movement is only possible when people have complied to whatever rules the owners of the system make up.
It should be clear that any single one of those systems are completely violating art 3:
“Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person.”
art. 12 & 13:
“No one shall be subjected to arbitrary interference with his privacy, family, home or correspondence, nor to attacks upon his honor and reputation. Everyone has the right to the protection of the law against such interference or attacks.”
&
”Everyone has the right to freedom of movement and residence within the borders of each state.
Everyone has the right to leave any country, including his own, and to return to his country.”
art. 17
“Everyone has the right to own property alone as well as in association with others.”
art. 18
“Everyone has the right to freedom of thought“
and art. 19
“Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers.”.
And as the people that control the “Surveillance State“ basically use the rest of humanity as their slaves, this “Communist Surveillance State“ is also bound to violate art 2 (No Distinction), art 4 (Slavery), art. 5 (Degrading Treatment), art. 7 (Equal Protection by Law and Discrimination), art. 11 (Presumed Innocent), 20 (Peaceful Assembly), 21 (Free Voting Procedures), 22 (Social Security), 23 (Free Choice of Employment), 24 (Leisure), 25 (Standard of Living), 26 (Free Choice of Education) and 27 (Cultural Participation).
Create Fear
The people that do this, use media and governments to make the people believe that it is in the best interest for the people to hand over all their rights and freedoms to the state, in return for their safety and security.
To succeed with their plan, the owners of the system need to create fear in the population. With enough fear the people will react by begging for the government’s “solutions”, and hand over their rights to their government. At least, that is what they think. In reality they give away their human rights to a handful of people that own almost everything. People simply don’t understand nor believe that there can be a tiny group that almost owns everything including the entire financial system, all our governments, all our media, most scientist, the education system, all the multinationals, all the natural resources, all police and armies and much, much more.
Now we all know what kind of fear they are bringing: climate change, pandemics, war, racism, discrimination, cyber-attacks, AI, immigration, inflation, terrorists, misinformation, natural disasters and meteorites or even invaders from space.
To be in fear, people first need to believe that all these fictional, invisible enemies are real. Obviously are all these invisible enemies created. And they are also chosen to be world threatening and invisible so the people need to beg for more government to overcome these threats. It works like a charm. We know now for sure how the media is complicit and instrumental in creating fear and pointing at the government to fix it. We also know how the people that are in charge even create real "false flag attacks" to create more fear and "prove their points". We know for sure that these crimes and deceptions by central bankers, governments, media and scientists are going on for at least 400 years. We also know that many of the crimes are being hidden because the same culprits rewrite or hide large parts of our history.
Communism and Fascism
The people with that money-creation monopoly power, now own almost everything. For them there is only one system to keep that power. The system they need to install as fast as possible, is a mix of communism and fascism. It will be a system where basically all Universal Human Rights are handed over to the government. That way the communist party can see and decide if you have been a good citizen and have earned some of your Universal Human Rights. You will work in companies the party appoints you to. The multinational companies are still owned by invisible shareholders, which is the only distinction from communism where the state owns everything. One thing will be clear: All your Human Rights are now optional.
As people that understand law will however tell you: Rights are not to be handed out or earned. If you need to do something for a "Right" it ends being a "Right". It becomes a "Privilege". If our rights are changed in privileges, the bill's name would have been "Universal Declaration of Human Privileges”. Privileges always need an entity to grant you your privileges. Privileges can be revoked. Human Rights can however never be revoked.
Humanity Already Agreed on Human Rights
We know that the United Nations is a vehicle of the owners of the central banks and has been instrumental for these owners to capture all our wealth and natural resources and create our World of Scarcity. To keep the illusion alive that the United Nations are actually doing good for humanity, they created the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. They already anticipated that to drag humanity entirely into communism, they first needed to establish central banks everywhere to be able to control politics. The biggest problem to install global communism were the Russian Tsar, Germany, Italy and the United States. All very important countries where the middle class was highly educated, Christianity was a very strong glue in society and where many people were allergic to collectivism and interference of the state. Also Japan with their Kaiser and strong industry was a problem for global communism. WWI destroyed the Russian Tsar and killed many Christians, and WWII destroyed most other nations that were a problem for Communism. The United States was chosen to be the victor so it could become the global police force to install easy-to-corrupt governments. To give the US the power to “Spread Democracy“ the Universal Declaration of Human Rights was made. It was a proper document to give the bankers the power to install their central banks around the globe. When it was made, the puppet-masters already must have known that - when they create enough fear through the media they controlled as well, people will hand over their Human Rights to their governments like it means nothing. And they were right. It worked like a charm.
Taking Away Human Rights
The last step - to take away all our human rights is however not too easy. The main problem is that people have lost almost all trust in politics. It must be said that they did an impressive move with Donald Trump, but people are seeing much quicker than before that he also is a Trojan Horse. Currently it is still not certain if Trump can create WWIII where Islam and Judaism are supposed to destroy each other to hand over global power to the owners of the banking cartel and strip everyone from their human rights.
Invert What They Want
To fight this dystopian scenario we basically need to invert almost everything what the owners of the central banks are doing. We need to restore religions, restore human rights, create a fair financial system, create transparency in finance, education, science and information. Only when we invert everything, we can live in a World of Plenty.
A Solid Strategy
As you can see above, most of our Universal Human Rights will be history in a Communist/Fascist global surveillance state. And because the people that run the central banks also control all social median all legacy media and all governments, it is impossible to flip the World of Scarcity into a World of Plenty without a solid strategy. It is the goal of Copiania to define and initiate this strategy.
Currently we can see hundreds of thousands small and large initiatives to improve our situation. This varies from environmental initiatives, alternative financial systems, alternative healthcare systems, educational systems, alternative news outlets, poverty aid programs and many more. Now almost all of these programs help to fight some of the bad features of our World of Scarcity. This is very welcome. The problem is however that almost none of those focus on the world we actually want to go to.
A Better World
A better world is a world that is fair to everyone and where everyone can enjoy a life that is basically outlined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. The problem we face is that none of the known initiatives, made a comprehensive and integral description of how our ideal world should look like and should operate. Probably the closest initiative was the Venus Project of Jacque Fresco. His "resource based economy" should however been seen as an extreme technocratic solution with several quite communistic features where nobody owns anything. You can see Jacque Fresco more as a visionary than a strategist, which his story somewhat shows.
Dot on the Horizon
The Copiania project (Copia means "Plenty" in Latin) has a different strategy. Instead of just trying different things to improve society and hope it will stick, we will try to first put a dot on the horizon. This dot represents the new world. A world that is much fairer to everyone. A world where there still be private property but where it is not possible anymore to create monopolies that create artificial scarcity that enable tyrannies. A world where people don't need to worry about their basic necessities and where money is used to support social beneficial projects, to improve personal development and to pay for personal experiences.
In a World of Plenty where we don't need to work all out living hours to just survive we can now focus much more on our human experience like creating art, architecture, culinary food, fashion, movies, literature, music, enjoying different cultures, religions, improving our own health, environments and general well-being and meeting people from all kinds of walks of life in the process.
When general well-being is taken care of, there won't be any reason for war. It is also to be expected that governmental tasks are organized locally, mainly by just wise men and women that understand their societies and actually know people in person.
In a World of Plenty people can still work hard, be lucky or be extremely talented and make much more money than others. Millionaires will probably still exist, but to become a billionaire will be much more difficult as central banks and the trillionaires that used to back them, don't exist anymore. Hard work will still be valued and will likely lead to a higher status for the people that seek that. In a world where payments are not based on scarcity and contracts, but on the real appreciation of your fellow people, arrogance can however quickly be detrimental to your income.
Many of the differences with the world of scarcity will be the result of the use of ethical money. But we don't need to underestimate that a lot of work needs to be done to make the transition from the a World of Scarcity to a World of Plenty go smoothly. It is our job - as proponents of this transition - to not only define the World of Plenty as good as possible, but also to create blueprints for the procedures that need to be used for this transition. We need to make plans for how to redistribute all the real estate, for how to redefine the juridical system, what to do with the operation of crucial infrastructure and much more.
Start with the Universal Declaration of Human Rights
To create a proper new system, a logic point to start is with the highest level of rules in society: The Universal Human Rights.
At this moment it is very clear that almost all Universal Human Rights are in severe danger. All fear campaigns of our governments and their real owners are created to take away large parts of our human rights. In a World of Scarcity it is not difficult to abuse monopolies to achieve this and push people into situations of hunger and homelessness.
Because governments should however work for their people (and not against them), the most effective focus point is the document where the Universal Human Rights are anchored. By looking closely at these rules we can see if they actually achieve what they were supposed to achieve.
If not, we simply improve them. The Universal Declaration Human Rights should be a working document that can be revised if that would help solving problems in society in relation to the Universal Human Rights. Because global voting will probably be not too easy, it is very important to get the Declaration as functional as possible before bringing it into contention. Because of this it is to be expected that the UDHR will see quite some changes in the next one or two years.
Steps to Improve the UDHR
Step 1
First we will look at possible higher laws, like natural laws and how they relate to the Universal Human Rights and how to integrate those.
Step 2
Next we will look closely at every rule and see if the rule is sufficient, or needs improvement. Per rule we will also give an indication how the rules are affecting the World of Plenty and if they affect the process that is needed to transition to the World of Plenty. An important subject will be how to prevent the four monopolies the World of Scarcity thrives on:
Monopoly on Money Creation
Monopoly on Insight in Financial Transactions
Monopoly on Hoarding Land and other Natural Resources
Monopoly on IP-Rights and Copyrights
Also any references to states and (united) nations will be removed as these organizations have been instrumental in destroying the Human Rights that we want to protect.
Step 3
Once all Universal Human Rights have been assessed and possibly improved, we will continue to advice how regions can be defined and start to create their own legislation, and other systems and transition procedures in each of the nine Copiania sectors:
What To Expect
In the next months there will be various Substack articles about the steps that are shown above. Different than the other Substack articles, these articles (including this one) will also appear in PDF on the website in all 68 languages. We are still working on getting comment sections on all Sector pages and sub pages, to make the Copiania website a lively, vibrant meeting place. So please subscribe on our Substack and check our website. We hope to see you there!
